Community Outreach Representative — Storm Damage
Field-based · Greater Atlanta Metro (Mableton, Carrollton, Locust Grove & surrounding areas)
About the role
Build relationships with homeowners and communities across metro Atlanta to identify storm-damaged roofs and set up free inspections. This is a relationship-first, boots-on-the-ground role — canvassing, community events, HOA outreach, referrals — not cold telemarketing.
What you’ll do
- Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods and build genuine relationships with homeowners
- Develop HOA and community contacts to open doors the right way
- Educate homeowners on their rights during the insurance claims process
- Schedule free roof inspections for our team
- Represent TTR’s values — honesty and community connection — in every interaction
What we’re looking for
- Self-motivated and comfortable with door-to-door and community engagement
- Strong, genuine communicator
- Reliable transportation
- Storm damage or insurance claim knowledge is a plus — training provided
- Alignment with TTR’s values: honesty, community, and treating people right
Compensation
1099 independent contractor, commission-based, with uncapped earning potential tied to the jobs you help generate.
